Care Assistant/Enablers - Days and Nights
Pathfinders-Care is a residential Nursing facility based in Ollerton, Nottinghamshire that has strong founding values. We specialise in assisting people with long term conditions and co-morbidities. Progressive conditions, end of life care, trauma, re-enablement and rehabilitation. Providing and promoting quality of life, choice, dignity and independence wherever possible.
What we can offer you to be part of our team?
Full-time or Part-Time shifts with a pay rate starting at £12.21 rising to £13.00 upon completion of mandatory and Initial clinical training.
Overtime paid at 1.5x normal rate of pay (After 36 hours) and paid within 5 days of the shift worked - no waiting until the monthly pay day.
A possible yearly income of £31,746.00 inclusive of increments and overtime.
A wide variety of shift patterns available from:
1. Long day - 7am till 7:30pm
2. Early - 7am till 1pm
3. Late - 1pm till 7pm
4. Long Night - 7pm till 7am or shorter night 12am-7am
5. Flexible working hours can be accommodated (discussed at interview)
Full induction (6 months) and personal training pathway up to and including Apprentice Nurse Associate Programme. We will be looking to expand this out further to offer training pathways in Occupational therapy, Physiotherapy and Speech and Language therapist over the next 18 months and into 2025.
