The Role As a key part of the Client Retention Support team, you will play a vital role in maintaining and developing strong relationships with key accounts. Your primary focus will be to support the Client Relationship Managers (CRMs) and ensure a seamless experience for clients throughout their journey. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management Support - Manage CRM inboxes, calendars, and post-meeting actions, including preparing quotes and booking appointments. Client Onboarding & Handover - Coordinate all setup meetings, materials, and liaise with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition. CRM & Pipeline Management - Maintain up-to-date client records, complete CRM actions, and support data accuracy. Client Support - Assist with incoming client inquiries, process orders, and manage client accounts efficiently. Outbound Client Sales - Follow up on quotations, coordinate promotional campaigns, and proactively engage clients through outbound calls.
