Operating a scheduled Minibus service to the highest standard for our client. Working Monday to Friday on a split shift basis in the morning and afternoon from 07:00-11:00 and then 15:45-19:15.\n\nResponsibilities\n\n1. To work in an operational role within the Minibus driving team.\n \n2.
Deliver and collect passengers to/from various locations as designated by the client and the hours of duty vary to coincide with the different routes and scheduled services.\n \n3. Adhere to all relevant road traffic legislation, comply with the client's mobile phone policy and adhere to the scheduled timetable communicating delays to the service when safe to do so.\n \n4. Follow all existing and new procedures and policies, including but not limited to carrying out daily vehicle inspections, reporting any defects and accidents / near misses.\n \n5.
Complete all administrative tasks and paperwork in a timely and efficient manner and react and respond to customer enquiries and concerns taking action to resolve wherever possible.\n \n6. Actively participate in training, development and self-learning.\n \n7. Maintain a high level of personal presentation at all times.\n \n8.
To ensure that hazards are being reported through the correct process and are made safe and resolved.\n \n9. Promoting and maintaining the CBRE RISE values.\n \n10. To undertake any other reasonable requests/tasks as requested by the Management Team and/or the client.\n\nAccountabilities:\n\n● Accountable day-to-day to the Facilities Coordinator.\n \n● Reporting to a CBRE FM and Contract Manager.\n \nAccountability to the CBRE functional heads, as appropriate.\n\nCurrent clean full UK Driving Licence and Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) as below - the licence must be valid for the following categories:\n\no D1 - full entitlement with no restrictions, e.g.
code 78 or code 101\n \no D - full bus/coach entitlement\n\nCPC - Initial Qualification\n \no If the driver passed his/her test after 10th September 2008, this being the start date for PCV Driver CPC, they should also have completed the Initial DCPC qualification. Having passed the initial qualification they would have been issued with the Initial DCPC Periodic Training Card by DVLA. This is a blue plastic card, similar to the photo card part of their driving licence.\n\nCPC - Acquired Rights\n \no All drivers of PCV vehicles, holding a full category D, D1, D+E or D1+E licence at 10 September 2008, will need to complete 35 hours of periodic training before 10 September 2013, unless exempt.
Following this, drivers must continue to undertake a further 35 hours of training in every subsequent five-year period in order to retain their Driver CPC. Note: D1 licence entitlement by virtue of passing a car test pre-1997 (licence Code 101- not for hire or reward). Any driver with this restriction cannot drive professionally
