Job Overview: You will take ownership of our European sales strategy, drive sales performance, and grow our market presence, with emphasis on identifying, appointing, and developing high-performing sales partners across our key European markets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a sales partner expansion strategy across Europe, targeting key markets for growth.
* Identify and onboard new sales partners that align with our premium brand and customer service standards.
* Develop existing sales partners to achieve ambitious growth plans.
* Manage direct sales with key account customers.
* Collaborate with internal departments including marketing, engineering, and operations to improve customer experience.
* Monitor regional sales performance, provide regular reporting, and adapt strategy based on market insights.
* Deliver ambitious year-on-year growth.
Requirements:
* Proven track record in B2B sales across European markets.
* Proven success in building and managing a dealer/distributor network in an industrial, capital equipment, or engineering environment.
* Deep knowledge of the European market and experience navigating different cultures and business practices.
* Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Fluent English (additional European languages are an advantage).
* Extensive travel across Europe as required.
