Our ReConnect+ project provides supported accommodation for women leaving prison, dealing with substance misuse and with complex needs, many of whom have experienced trauma and abuse in their early lives.
We are now looking for a Housing Support Assistant to join us on a part-time, permanent basis, working 28 hours per week.

The Role
As a Housing Support Assistant, you will provide effective support to the Haringey Project team for our ReConnect+ programme.
Working with customers, housing teams and our IT and finance functions, you will deliver excellent customer care and operational support to service users and team members.
You’ll respond to telephone and email communications, support office management activities and assist with health and safety checks at our properties from an admin perspective.
Co-ordinating property repairs, you’ll help service users with maintenance access, benefit queries and account reviews.
Additionally, you will:
- Support service users with appointments, shopping, and activities
- Help organise and participate in group activities
- Liaise with the finance team to manage petty cash, invoicing, and maintain audit trails
- Prepare and submit key information, such as voids data, to Head Office
About You
To be considered as a Housing Support Assistant, you will need:
- A strong customer service background
- Experience of developing administration systems
- Advanced IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- An understanding of confidentiality, data protection, and professional boundaries
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely
- A thorough understanding of, and commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion
