Junior Graphic Designer

The DRVN Automotive Group is recruiting for a Junior Graphic Designer. Our HQ is based in Perth; however, we are happy for the successful candidate to be based in Perth, Edinburgh, or Glasgow supporting the branding and marketing department.

Role Responsibilities
* Reporting to the Senior Graphic Designer, you will be required to closely study and follow the brief for assigned projects to meet the client’s expectations.
* Create marketing and sales collateral for group companies and external clients in both digital and print.
* Generate drafts and mockups of proposed designs for the Senior Graphic Designer to review and make revisions as requested.
* Maintain visual standards and follow brand guidelines.
* Work with the production team to maximize the impact of videography and photography.
* Stay relevant by understanding the latest digital and print design trends.
* Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to work under tight deadlines.
Essential Skills
* Proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio.
* Solid understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud software – namely, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (understanding of After Effects is a bonus).
* A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
* Be adaptable and willing to expand beyond the current skillset to bring a job to completion.
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
* Ability to work methodically, follow project plans, and meet deadlines.
A Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is desirable but not essential.
