Key Responsibilities as a Regional Sales Manager:
Maintain regular, proactive contact with customers, ensuring they're fully stocked with products and informed of new offerings
Deepen your understanding of each customer's market to tailor solutions that best serve their needs
Keep an eye on the competition, maintaining a competitive edge
Expand our reach by converting new business opportunities and broadening product offerings for current clients
Consistently grow the new business portfolio year after year
Produce monthly reports detailing sales achievements and upcoming targets
Prepare accurate trip reports and forecasts, ensuring alignment
Handle expense reports, resolve payment issues in partnership with Credit Control, and promptly address customer complaints
Operate independently with a solution-oriented mindset and an eagerness to exceed expectations
Requirements as a Regional Sales Manager:
We need a self-starter who brings initiative, enthusiasm, and a drive for success
Solid educational background
Sales experience, preferably with product sales
Strong problem-solving skills and interpersonal abilities
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated with a sense of urgency
