Salary: £18,720 per annum /£12ph plus excellent benefits and £500 Onboarding payment
Contract: Temporary to October 2025
Hours: Part Time

Support Workers – About the Role:
Oaklea’s Supported Living Project in Ferryhill, provides care and support to people with learning disabilities. In your role, you will support customers with a wide variety of needs and aspirations and work with our organisational values as we strive to encourage independence.
You will be required to support male adults in their home who require support with personal care, meal preparation, accessing their local community and support with the hobbies and appointments. Therefore, the applicant must be able to drive and have a clean licence.
Come and join a team on a new adventure of supported living with people of differing abilities, who love being active and are looking for new ways to be involved in their community and have fun. You will be required to work closely with a small team.
You must be confident in communicating with people who may who may have challenges communicating with you. Working hours will include days, sleeps and weekends – examples of support sessions are: (7.30am – 9.00pm/7.00am – 7.30am - 7.30am - 7.30pm - and short shifts required during the day)
