We are seeking a confident and detail-oriented individual to join our interpreter team in an admin-based role. The primary focus will be managing the interpreters' inbox, handling emails, and booking appointments for various clients. This role requires someone comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and confident on the phone, assisting with queries and working closely with the rest of the team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and respond to emails in the interpreters' inbox
2. Schedule and book appointments for interpreters with various clients
3. Handle phone calls with confidence, addressing client and interpreter queries
4. Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth communication and operations
5. Provide administrative support as needed to assist the wider interpreter team
6. Use of CRM
