My internationally recognised client is looking to recruit a Head of Finance to oversee their UK entities whilst also leading and developing their well-established finance team. You will be required to travel between sites across the UK on occasion, however, the frequency of these visits will be completely up to you!
Working within a cross-functional organisation, responsibilities will include:
1. Managing and developing the finance team
2. Overseeing and managing all UK entities
3. Advising on all financial matters to support strategic decision-making
4. Overseeing statutory reporting and year-end Group reporting, ensuring compliance with IFRS
5. Leading the Budgeting and Forecasting process
6. Continuously identifying and implementing process improvements
The successful candidate will:
1. Be ACCA/ CIMA/ ACA qualified
2. Have experience working within a hybrid reporting model and dealing with multiple entities, teams and countries
3. Have experience managing a Shared Service team
4. Possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills
5. Be able to communicate effectively with all senior members of the business, including non-finance departments
