Job Title: General Manager Location: Nottingham Salary: £37,000 - £47,500 per annum Building Management Health & Safety: You’ll lead the charge in ensuring full compliance with health and safety regulations, creating a secure and positive environment for everyone. Asset Mobilisation: From setting up operational structures to managing budgets and recruitment, you’ll oversee everything that keeps the property running smoothly. Person Specification Experience in hospitality, student accommodation, or other property sectors Proven track record in exceptional customer service and team management. Financial responsibility, including forecasting, budgeting, and P&L management. Experience with CRM and booking systems. Resilience, adaptability, and an understanding of cultural diversity.
