Job Summary The Beauty Works Concession Supervisor is a key leadership role responsible for the daily operations of the Beauty Works counter. This position drives sales of products and services while enhancing brand awareness through customer engagement and loyalty initiatives. The ideal candidate will uphold the highest standards of customer service and professionalism, ensuring that the Beauty Works brand is always represented with enthusiasm and integrity. Role Outline & Responsibilities Sales Performance: Proactively drive sales, ensuring targets and KPIs are consistently met and striving to exceed them. Team Leadership: Leading and inspiring a team on Sales executives to delivery exceptional performance Visual Merchandising: Maintain the visual and commercial presentation of the retail concession to the highest standard, in alignment with the marketing vision. Stock Management: Oversee stock replenishment, ensuring all items are displayed correctly and priced accurately. Collaborate with the Retail Manager on forward stock needs. Reporting: Prepare and submit timely, accurate, and complete reports as requested by Beauty Works and store management. Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain relationships with external brands and store teams to maximize marketing and event opportunities Training and Development: Attend all regional and company-wide training sessions, conferences, and calls to enhance product and sales knowledge. Compliance: Ensure full compliance with till operations, refunds, and cash control, adhering to host store regulations and policies.
