What does a Content Manager do at Hogarth?
Working with a prestigious technology client, the Content Manager will moderate internal content and publish for high-profile and fast-turnaround web, in-store, and marketing assets. This role will focus on regional and global content, working closely with other Hogarth hubs in various countries. This collaboration will be critical to success. Core responsibilities of a Content Manager include day-to-day content management tasks, cross-functional collaboration across the organization, supporting projects and initiatives from the content management perspective, and maintaining full knowledge of an ever-evolving set of tools and processes. Candidates should also have experience in following and implementing a set of community guidelines and policies. Candidates must be detail-oriented, comfortable working in an open plan studio, organized, undaunted by tight deadlines, and have a keen eye for image quality.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day content management tasks, both regionally and globally, for various platforms.
* Review all materials delivered for publishing and implementing all publishing protocols.
* Understanding and contributing to ever-evolving workflows to ensure flawless delivery.
* Liaising with Project Management & Design teams to ensure consistency and quality across materials, with an eye on continuous improvement and increased efficiency.
* Flagging any concerns or issues experienced with the format in which work is received, so that feedback can be given and processes consistently adhered to.
* Supporting final publication of content within the client's proprietary CMS.
* Maintaining thorough knowledge and understanding of the client brand guidelines and expectations, keeping up to date with any changes as these evolve.
* Ensure a thorough comprehension of client’s platform guidelines, and review and evaluate content accordingly.
* Escalating complex cases or content that requires further review to senior moderators or other departments.

This role reports to the Senior Content Manager based in London.
Requirements
* Experience working with a content management system, and managing content for a global audience.
* Experience working in client services or production agencies.
* An exceptional eye for detail with the ability to work at pace while maintaining absolute focus (and in an open plan environment) are essential to success.
* Highly detail-oriented, organized, and ability to handle ambiguity.
* Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or other similar content management systems.
* Experience with Wrike or other project management tools to track workload and progress.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize work.
* Ability to work under tight deadlines.
* Ability to clearly document and troubleshoot errors.
* Ability to pick up new responsibilities quickly.
* Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude.
* Proactive with good communication skills both verbal and written.
