Homes Sales Manager

Eastlight has a brilliant new opportunity for an experienced Homes Sales Manager to join us on a Permanent, Full time basis! We are looking for an individual with significant background in home sales, specifically in the social housing sector .
The Home Sales Manager will oversee the delivery of Eastlight’s sales and resales service, ensuring a high-quality service, communication and a customer-first approach. This will encompass the marketing, promotion, finances and performance of all residential asset sales, requiring a deep understanding of Shared Ownership, Right To Buy and other forms of home sales.
The successful candidate will undertake the management and development of a strong home sales team, focusing on target-led performance and driving success.

* Salary Per Annum: £56,520 + £2,200 car allowance
* Contract Type: Permanent
* Basis: Full time
* Annual wellbeing grant of £200 per annum - Subject to eligibility
* 30 days annual leave plus bank holidays
* Trailblazing family leave [Maternity, Paternity and Adoption - 12 weeks full pay / 6 weeks half pay] - Subject to eligibility
