Job Title: Ad-hoc Secondary Teachers Location: Bradford Job Type: Flexible ad-hoc work Salary: £120-£160 per day Start date: w/c 2nd September 2024 Teaching Personnel are working with secondary schools in the Bradford area who look for day-to-day Secondary Teachers. This cover can be required for a variety of reasons including emergency sickness and/ or scheduled absences. These roles will start in the new academic year so from w/c 2nd September. About this role: These opportunities are ideal for individuals who are seeking flexible, part-time work in primary education. As an ad-hoc Secondary Teacher, you will play a vital role in delivering the curriculum and enhancing the learning experience for students. Your responsibilities will include: - Planning, preparing and delivering lessons to students across KS3 and KS4, depending on prior experience and specialist subject experience. - Marking and assessing students’ work, supporting and guiding them to help them achieve their academic goals. - Managing classroom behaviour. Requirements for this role: - Applicants must have a QTS. - An ambitious individual that is passionate about helping students achieve their full potential. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. - Willingness to go above and beyond to ensure all children are happy and successful. - Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not essential.
