We are located in rural Wiltshire in a fantastic purpose built practice with a large car park and beautiful garden. Our team comprises experienced vets, nurses and receptionists, many of whom have been with us for many years.
We are an RCVS Approved Hospital with ICC Gold Cat-Friendly status. We are a well-respected Orthopaedic referral service and also offer soft tissue, Ophthalmology, and Cardiology referrals. We have an on-site CT scanner, laparoscopy, endoscopy, and ultrasound. Our vet team has over 90 years of experience between them.
Within this position, you will be supported and work alongside our Practice Director, Practice Manager, and Nursing Manager. You will play a vital role working closely together to form the Leadership team.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Progressing and mentoring the vet team
* Management of the rota
* Organising vet meetings
* Clinical excellence projects
This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week over 4 days, with a share in our weekend rota. Our inpatients are cared for by our dedicated nursing team; you will be required to be part of the on-call rota for the care of these patients.

Salary on offer for this role is up to £78K dependent on experience and a range of excellent company benefits.
