We're currently seeking a Protection Manager to join a leading retail and entertainment company to lead our clients team within the Customer and Retail Care department, driving the success of their interventions programme and supporting key objectives.
What You’ll Bring To The Table
* Lead and inspire the team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement.
* Work cross-functionally with Customer and Retail Care teams to ensure a seamless, best-in-class experience across all customer contact points.
* Identify and interpret behavioural patterns to detect signs of vulnerability among customers.
* Develop strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders across the business to support shared goals.
Skills & Experience We're Looking For
* Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing teams.
* Strong customer service abilities with excellent interpersonal communication.
* Relevant experience in a similar position within the gaming / banking / insurance industry.
* Background in operating within highly regulated environments and supporting vulnerable customers.
