Position: Partnership Relationship Lead
Salary: £36,576 per annum FTE, depending on experience + a good range of other benefits.
Location: Milton Keynes/Hybrid (2 days per week in the Milton Keynes Office)
Contract: 7 months fixed term contract (Maternity Cover)
Hours: Full time, 36.5 hours per week

About the Role
You will play a vital part in supporting national office strategies. Your responsibilities will include working with national offices to grow relationships with institutional donors, identifying funding opportunities and developing partnerships with external organisations to form robust consortia for funding applications.
Key areas of responsibility include:
* Strategic Engagement
* Institutional Funding Acquisition Support
* Facilitate the building of in-country consortium partners
* Support the delivery of sponsorship and Private Funded programmes
About You
With a proven understanding of development theory, policy and practice, in development and fragile contexts, you will have experience of:
* Working in a cross-cultural context in a developing country, experience in West Africa or Asia is particularly desirable
* Building and maintaining relationships with institutional donors
* Influencing numerous stakeholders at multiple levels
* Portfolio management
