Our client, a Technology Solutions Provider based in Portishead are looking for an Admin Assistant to join their sales team on a permanent basis. This role is fully on-site, and my client is offering a salary of up to £28,000 yearly dependent on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
* Generate accurate, timely quotes based on customer specifications.
* Assist in creating, processing, and managing purchase orders for prompt procurement.
* Update and maintain customer records in the CRM system.
* Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry and document management.
* Ensure all documentation is accurate and current.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in an administrative or support role, alongside excellent communication and interpersonal skills. If you have familiarity with CRM software or working in an IT environment that would be a plus!
