This is an entry-level requirement, and full training will be provided. By the end of your induction and training, you will have a deep understanding of SMT equipment, processes, and materials and have the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly. Key Accountabilities Oversee the setup and operation of SMT equipment. Develop and optimize SMT processes to improve efficiency and quality. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with SMT equipment and processes. Conduct regular maintenance and calibration of SMT equipment. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Train and mentor production staff on SMT processes and equipment. Prepare and maintain documentation for SMT processes and equipment. Monitor and control inventory levels of SMT materials and components. Support quality assurance in the inspection and testing of SMT assemblies. Ensure a safe working environment by following health and safety guidelines. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and projects.
