We have an excellent opportunity available for you to grow your career and make a difference at Nomad Foods Joining us as the Group S&OP Business Reporting Analyst, you’ll be responsible for leading the monthly S&OP reporting processes, using large sets of data across all markets. Having ownership of the reports and presenting to senior stakeholders in the Group. This is an important role within the Supply Chain team, but also wider group as you’ll be managing data sets across all market, factories and functions to facilitate the S&OP reviews. This will report into the Reporting and Analytics leader and you’ll both be streamlining and standardising the reporting of Group S&OP data. Ownership of central/group reporting and analytic needs across full end-to-end Supply Chain. Support Group S&OP meeting decks, using data from all markets and factories, whilst collaborating with wider team to constantly improve S&OP maturity. Support Customer Service and Inventory teams by reporting output vs companywide KPIs. Driving the group reporting and analytics agenda to improve S&OP accuracy. Maintain and improve current processes for the reporting function. We need someone who enjoys all things data Combining attention to detail, clear reporting skills and inter-personal skills to present to stakeholders. You’ll also need an open mind and can-do attitude because data is constantly changing in real time. Your willingness to learn and improve will be key and inquisitive nature to understand how accurate reporting can drive the S&OP capabilities. Proven experience of managing various sets of data across both Excel and ERP systems. Strong IT skills required – Excel (Pivot tables & vlookups), SAP, Power BI etc. Experience of creating reports using data in a clear and concise manner. Excellent verbal and written communication skills as you’ll be presenting to internal senior stakeholders. Working experience within an FMCG industry is highly desirable. Knowledge of S&OP/IBP is desirable
