We’re are representing a leading company in the oil, gas, and renewable energy sectors, and we’re looking for a Purchasing Administrator to join their successful and rapidly growing team. What You’ll Be Doing: Managing the end-to-end procurement process, ensuring timely and efficient sourcing of materials and services. Collaborating with suppliers to negotiate contracts, monitor performance, and resolve any delivery or pricing issues. Processing purchase orders, invoices, and supplier records with a high degree of accuracy. Assisting in the development of supplier relationships to drive value for the business. Working closely with internal teams, including operations and finance, to support project needs and streamline the purchasing process. Monitoring market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for cost savings. What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in a purchasing or administrative role, ideally within the oil, gas, or renewables sectors. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. A keen eye for detail and a strong ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel) A team player with a positive attitude and a problem-solving mindset. What We Offer: A competitive salary in the range of £23,000 - £25,000, depending on experience.
