As a Sales Coordinator based in our Hemel Hempstead branch (HP2 7YU), you’ll be responsible for:
* Serving customers either on the telephone or over the counter in person
* Processing orders, credit inquiries, following up on quotes
* Looking after several accounts over time, developing relationships with customers, working alongside a team of 2, who will support and develop you in the role.
* Admin and process support as and when required
This is a full-time, permanent role working Mon-Friday - 40 hours a week either 7:30am-4:30pm or 8am-5pm.

* Strong customer service and administration skills
* Previous customer service or sales background is highly preferred
* Good at building relationships
