Purpose This role provides critical support to the daily running of KONE’s service business. The role is focused on three key areas: 1) Ensuring the integrity of data in KONE systems is maintained. 2) Ensuring KONE has the information required to deliver sustainable success with its customers. 3) Providing strategic insights and analysis to take the business forward. Key Responsibilities: Execute system routines; run and create reports to support business decision making and provide strategic insight in line with business needs. Manage and troubleshoot the transfer of data within and between KONE systems and applications, ensuring the integrity of data is preserved. Identify and develop improvements in the handling and management of data and information to improve efficiency and business effectiveness. Consider the end-to-end architecture capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results. Competent to work in some phases of solution analysis. Considers the business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment. Ensure work is carried out in line with all relevant KONE Way architecture, security and data governance policies, processes, and procedures. Compile and check the quality of solution documentation. Continuously learn of new technologies and methodologies. Key skills and experiences: Previous experience as a business systems analyst is desirable. Good technical and analytical skills. Problem solving skills. Able to communicate and explain complex concepts to non-technical people. SAP & Salesforce is desirable. Microsoft Power Apps. Good communication skills in English (written and spoken). Attention to detail and accuracy.
