Our client is an industry-leading global specialist engineering company based in Solihull, currently seeking a Part Time Receptionist to join their team.
Job Description
1. Greet and welcome visitors with a warm smile and assist them with their inquiries.
2. Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department.
3. Answer and screen incoming calls in a professional manner.
4. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area.
5. Receive and distribute mail and packages.
6. Schedule appointments and manage conference room bookings.
7. Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.
8. Accept deliveries.
9. Support employees in obtaining international travel visas.
The Successful Applicant
* Prior experience in a similar Part Time Receptionist role.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Friendly and approachable attitude.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Proficient in using office equipment and computer software.
* Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of calls and visitors.
