In this revised senior role, you will join the Senior Management Team and lead the expansion of the Radical dealer network to meet sales and after-sales targets. You will also identify growth opportunities and support the future development of the UK Race Series. This position is based at the Company’s corporate HQ at Donington Park and will entail significant UK and International travel including weekends.
The Role:
1. Developing and expanding the Radical dealer network by identifying and engaging with potential new dealers in new markets.
2. Supporting existing dealer partners in setting and achieving sales targets through regular reviews of tailored business and marketing plans.
3. Researching regional and global trends, reporting to the CCO to shape commercial strategy and create new business opportunities.
4. Direct involvement in recruitment of new dealer partners in unrepresented geographical areas, managing their appointment, training support, technical resources, and business growth.
5. Supporting in developing the UK Race Series as a benchmark to replicate globally.
6. Expecting international travel along with weekend/occasional out-of-hours work.
7. Influencing Business and Product Strategy from a commercial standpoint.
8. Contributing to Senior Management Team meetings.
Candidate Profile:
1. Solid commercial base leading to 1st or 2nd senior sales role.
2. Degree level education; strong verbal/written communication and numerical skills.
3. Technical appreciation of vehicles with motorsport experience.
4. Sound commercial acumen and excellent presentation skills; professional appearance.
5. Experience in setting up franchisees and selling via a franchise dealer network.
6. Passport, UK right to work, Driving License, own vehicle.
7. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and presentation skills.
8. Enthusiastic with a keen personal interest in Motorsport is essential.
9. Self-starter, logical, organized (project driven), deadline-oriented, and team player.
10. Inspiring, motivational, and collaborative team member with positive energy.
