Performance Media Budget Management: Assist in defining priorities and making strategic investment decisions based on business priorities, consumer insights, and media data to achieve sales and data acquisition targets.
Search Strategy Execution: Support the drive and acceleration of Paid Search and Organic Search (specifically for D2C). Identify opportunities for improving search rankings and relevance, and monitor technical SEO aspects with DEC to grow traffic and enhance performance.
Campaign Excellence: Ensure all campaigns provide a holistic consumer journey experience, consistent setup, and best-in-class delivery (ROAS, Golden rules).
Collaborative Planning: Work with other teams to ensure integrated plans drive conversion. Serve as a centre of expertise.
Agency Relationship Management: Assist in managing day-to-day relationships with media/SEO agencies, fostering strong, collaborative partnerships.
Performance Analysis and Optimisation: Analyse performance data and provide strategic recommendations to gain insights and drive optimisation with the agency.
Reporting and Insights Sharing: Handle media and search reporting and deep dives for the brand. Share relevant learnings with the wider team, including commercial, DMI, and Zone.
