At Saint-Gobain Digital, we're looking for an experienced Business Central Support Analyst to join our growing Digital & IT team. You'll play a crucial role in providing specialist system support, translating business needs into technical solutions, and ensuring the smooth delivery of system changes.
What You'll Do:
1. Act as the Business Central Subject Matter Expert, supporting business-critical changes and enhancements to ensure the system operates effectively.
2. Manage and resolve system incidents, providing proactive/reactive maintenance and ensuring minimal disruption to customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
3. Collaborate with teams to document, test, and implement new system functionalities, following change management processes.
