Title: Quantity Surveyor / Estimator – Main ContractorLocation: LeedsSalary: £55,000 plus package

Role & Responsibilities

* Review and complete estimates / pricing enquiries for commercial construction projects.
* Attend site to carry out valuations, variations and site meetings.
* Complete cost value reports, and final accounts.
* Procurement of raw materials and plant for site.
* Ensure projects are completed within budget.
* This is hybrid role of estimating and quantity surveying, subject to workloads / live jobs
