Our client is a prominent Solicitor / Estate Agent, offering tailored property buying & selling services and outstanding legal support.
The Role:
As a New Business / Estate Agency Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in handling general administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
1. Handle leads, quote fees, and promote services to clients and potential clients.
2. Negotiate purchase prices with Estate Agents to secure properties for clients.
3. Communicate with clients, potential clients, Solicitors, Surveyors, and Mortgage Brokers.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience working or in a similar role.
2. Possess estate agency experience.
3. Ideally have 1 year of Office Admin experience.
4. GCSE or equivalent qualification.
5. Skilled in Microsoft packages and case management.
6. Proficiency in the English language.
7. Valid UK driving license.
