We are seeking highly motivated Waking Night Support Worker Specialist to work in Gosport, Hampshire with the Support Manager and team to support our customers in delivering a 24-hour registered supported living service. This service has 4 adults who have learning disabilities and mental health conditions with very complex behaviours. Are you caring, fun, and up for a challenge? Waking Night Activities: Assisting with personal care and hygiene (if required) Ensuring the premises are secure and safe during the night Supporting with meal times and food preparation (if required) Medication administration (if required) Support with independent skills Keeping accurate records and updating care plans as required Keeping up to date with your training Supporting with regular checks on the customer to ensure their safety Supporting with domestic duties such as cleaning and laundry Advance is a great place to progress too; many of our Support Workers have gone on to be managers, and some have moved into roles in other areas of our business. About the Candidate: You don’t need to have previous experience working in care or support to be successful in this role.
