Communications Manager needed in Alconbury £22.27 ph PAYE – Reference: 19662
Key Responsibilities
1. Support Communications: Assist in delivering communications, web, and marketing strategies to enhance the reputation, including stakeholder engagement and social media campaigns.
2. Media Management: Handle proactive and reactive media responses to maintain the reputation.
3. Relationship Building: Advise and support heads of service/Members on communication and marketing, including training.
4. Representation: Act as the lead Communications officer at external meetings with partners and stakeholders.
5. Tool Utilization: Use various tools to manage customer expectations and drive innovation through customer and employee insights.
6. Engagement: Establish tools for two-way engagement to ensure active participation in decision-making.
7. Leadership: Provide leadership for Senior Communications Officers.
This is a Full time role on a temporary contract basis.
