Cityworx is partnering with a leading children's care provider to find an exceptional Registered Service Manager for their supported living business. The role of Registered Service Manager will oversee the running of Semi Independent 16+ Supported living services whose residents are ready for more independent living.
The role comes with a company electric car and a very competitive salary DoE.
In this role, you will ensure that all services are Ofsted compliant while leading and inspiring teams across the homes, managing projects, and handling personal work as required.
As the Registered Service Manager, you’ll be responsible for meeting supported accommodation regulations and leading the service to uphold the ethos, outcomes, and approaches outlined in each home’s statement of purpose.
The Registered Service Manager will implement the company’s policies and procedures, play a vital role in fostering a culture of high aspiration for young people, and ensure a high standard of service. This includes:
1. Overseeing safeguarding policies.
2. Conducting supervisions and appraisals.
3. Maintaining health and safety standards.
4. Consulting with young people, staff, and professionals.
5. Contributing to the delivery of the business strategy.
Successful candidates should have solid experience as a Registered Service Manager, with strong organisational and time management skills, excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, and an understanding of the group company’s operations and the care industry. You should be skilled in handling confidential information with discretion, possess keen attention to detail, and have the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Additionally, you will demonstrate leadership qualities, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. We expect you to act honestly and professionally at all times, be reliable and punctual, and work collaboratively with colleagues and partners, treating them with respect.
