Main duties of the job We are looking for a highly motivated, dynamic, innovative, flexible nurse with management qualities and excellent communication skills. Leadership is also a key requirement of this position and you will be expected to work closely with your Ward Manager in the running of the unit, caring directly for patients and being a senior point of reassurance for the whole team and the patients in our care.
