As our Finance Analyst you will play a crucial role in transforming data into actionable insights that will drive our business forward. As a key team member, you will work across various departments, ensuring our decisions are powered by clear, reliable information. The main duties of this role will be: To support the Senior Management Team in their review of dealership, divisional and Group performance. To create useful reports, presentations and analysis that is clear and concise, highlighting key areas of concern or over performance. Presenting the information in a way that is easy to understand. Identify database requirements through discussion with users and review of existing systems and functional capabilities and designing proposed content / system updates. Developing functionality based on ongoing user requirements. Maintain database performance by completing maintenance requirements and evaluating computer operating systems and hardware products. Ensuring data and report accuracy and making sure group policy is followed. Providing training and ongoing support as well as ad-hoc assistance to users to ensure the financial database is being utilised effectively. You will possess excellent numerical, organisational and communication skills. Knowledge of OLAP data cubes would be beneficial, along with experience in group reporting and analysis.
