We are seeking to appoint an HLTA to plan and deliver an offsite learning programme aimed at providing students with a range of activities to enhance our curriculum offer and promote their personal development.
The student group will consist of no more than seven students with a Teaching Assistant to support.
It is essential that you hold a full driving license and are confident in driving school transport.
You will work within the school's behaviour policies and expectations, strengthening links with families and other agencies to support the children referred by the schools.
The successful candidates will:
1. Have a passion for teaching and learning
2. Have good pastoral skills and behaviour management strategies
3. Be flexible and a committed team player
4. Have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire students
5. Value, and contribute to, the distinctive ethos of the centre
The successful candidates will need to demonstrate a commitment to ensuring that children make rapid progress in a supportive and caring environment.
