Property Manager – Alba St Andrews

Being able to manage many varied tasks at once is essential!
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a varied property portfolio, and you can expect to deal with a variety of tasks including (but not limited to):
1. Carrying out property marketing
2. Liaising with tenants and landlords
3. Arranging repairs and working with contractors
4. Producing and updating inventories
5. Carrying out end of tenancy checkout inspections
6. Monitoring safety certificates & legal requirements on an ongoing basis
7. Assisting with rent account processing on a monthly basis
Working as part of a small and effective team with a well-established, growing, and dynamic industry-leading company, the perfect candidate will be enthusiastic, forward-thinking, and keen to get stuck in!
Previous experience would be great, but not essential as full training will be provided.
