The role will see you working alongside an experienced IFA Administrator, providing a quality administration and support service to high net worth clients, allowing the Advisers to focus on client relationships.
Responsibilities will include:-
· Organisation and management of workload, including data entry
· Liaising with clients and providers to request and chase policy information, relating to pensions, investments and protection policies
Candidate Requirements
· Recently qualified Graduate (Economics/Finance/Financial Services Related) or Administrator
· Ideally, have some administration experience or previous experience gained within an IFA firm OR regulated environment OR can demonstrate an interest in developing a career within Financial Services
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Excellent attention to detail
· Must be able to work on own initiative and within a team
