Oversee communal areas and ensure they are clean, safe, and well-maintained by coordinating contractors, caretakers, and cleaners. Handle lettings processes from end to end, including viewings, offers, referencing, and check-ins, ensuring properties are in excellent condition. Process payments, rents, deposits, and renewals while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, such as right-to-rent checks.
