This is an exciting opportunity to join our nursing team as a Healthcare Operations Coordinator at a small, family-owned Nursing and Care Home in Stockton-on-Tees. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activities of the home and ensuring that all residents receive the highest level of care.
Key responsibilities include:
* Coordinating staff rotas and schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels
* Managing the inventory and ordering of supplies and equipment
* Liaising with external agencies and professionals to maintain high standards of care
