About the role We are seeking a talented Strategic HR Business Partner to join our HR Strategic Hub on a 12-month fixed term contract. This role will provide you with the unique opportunity to partner with the Bus Franchise team as they shape and deliver Bus Franchising for the Liverpool City Region. Working collaboratively with stakeholders you will lead on resourcing activity across the Bus Franchising Programme to populate the full team structure, lead on the people aspects of the requirements for the competitive tender process, be the lead advisor on TUPE related activities and oversee a seamless transition to business as usual. This is a 12 month fixed term role. About the person You must be solutions focused with the ability to develop strong collaborative relationships across an organisation. You will need experience of delivering strategic objectives and have the insight to identify wider operational and strategic issues that will impact on relevant workforce planning initiatives and transformation.
