Premises Officer Level 2
Salary: Grade 4, point 7 - 10 - £25,584 to £27,269
Hours of work: 37 hours per week, 52 weeks a year including holiday entitlement.
The role operates Monday to Friday on a two-shift pattern of 5.45am-1.45pm and 10am-6pm.
The successful candidate will be joining a team of three Premises Officers and a Site Manager who operate on a three-shift pattern of 5.45am to 1.45pm, 10am to 6pm and 2pm to 10pm.
The role will predominantly alternate weekly between a two-shift pattern of 5.45am-1.45pm and 10am-6pm. There will also be occasional evening and weekend work to cover events, holidays, and cover of other staff in their absence.
We are looking to appoint a Premises Officer Level 2 on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will be a hardworking, dedicated team player with a positive approach to problem solving. This role will involve day-to-day monitoring of the security and safety of the site alongside maintaining the fabric of the building and grounds.
