Operating within the Web Operations team, this role is pivotal to the operational and technical success of web projects. It requires a blend of strong communication skills and technical understanding, bridging content requests with the technical execution team. While not managing a team directly, the Web Delivery Coordinator is key in orchestrating communication and workflow between different functional areas, with an added emphasis on technical aspects.
The Web Operations Team works alongside the Marketing Propositions & Delivery team, Marketing Operations Team and the Customer Training & Events Team.
Activities:
Content Management and Technical Request Triage:
Manage, prioritise, and understand the technical aspects of incoming content requests.
Efficiently triage and allocate tasks, focusing on technical feasibility and execution
Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders.
Manage stakeholder expectations and effectively communicate complex project timelines.
Collaboration and Workflow Facilitation:
Collaborate with web developers and content creators.
Facilitate a smooth workflow to ensure timely delivery of web initiatives.
Quality and Compliance:
Monitor the quality of content and adherence to project specifications.
Ensure compliance with AQA's standards and guidelines.
