This position will be based at Glasgow Airport s Administration office where the AGS Executive Team and many of the Senior Leadership team are based. The role offers a varied workday encompassing customer service, managing deliveries and providing support to the wider AGS and Glasgow Airport team. You would be the first point of contact for both visitors and employees ensuring you interact with many different people during your working day to ensure the smooth running of the office. Principle accountabilities Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner. Assist with raising and issuing Visitor Airside passes and on occasion assist the operational team with escorting visitors airside. Handle all internal and external queries directing them to the appropriate person as necessary. Management of meeting rooms to include maintaining the meeting room diary, ensuring rooms are ready for meetings with appropriate refreshments and IT equipment. Responsibility for ordering and managing catering for all meeting rooms as necessary. Managing customer queries via an online tool ensuring they are passed to the relevant department and followed up quickly. Assist with airport/airside tours when required. Perform general administration tasks such as raising Purchase Orders ordering stationery, raising and managing any faults in the building. Collaborating with team members, including the other Executive Assistants, to ensure the smooth running of the office and assisting with various tasks as necessary including organising corporate events and travel and accommodation management for the wider team. Qualifications and experience Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively. Proactive with a can-do attitude and willing to learn and develop. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Some experience in a customer service or administration role would be advantageous. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and proactive in offering assistance to colleagues. Good standard of school education with 5 or more National 4 or National 5 qualifications.
