Description Salary: £12,348 - £22,072 ( dependent on your age based on apprenticeship pay brackets ) Hours per week: 37 hours Interview date: Thursday 28 November 2024 HR&OD – Shaping our Vision and Workforce We are thrilled to be offering an apprenticeship opportunity within our HR Advisory team to complete a Level 3 Apprenticeship and gain a CIPD qualification. This is to provide the right person with the chance to excel in a supportive environment to fulfil the required level of HR assistance for the team. The purpose of this role is to advise on various HR issues, manage the HR Advisory inboxes, solving and escalating queries. You will also coordinate team meetings, including scheduling, inviting attendees, preparing agendas and taking minutes. Ideally, you will have some administrative background and working knowledge of MS Office. Crucial qualities include precision and adaptability, along with exceptional communication skills. Your ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues and partner agencies is essential, as it enables you to engage with colleagues and external stakeholders. Why us?
