As the Business Development Manager you will be: 4 days out on the road 1 day in the office in Stoke Winning new business – identifying and securing long-term partnerships with fleet operators and logistics companies. Selling contract hire, flexible rental solutions, telematics, and fleet renewal services. Developing relationships with key decision-makers across the North West, from Birmingham to Newcastle. Managing a strong client base while identifying opportunities for growth. Conducting market research and outreach to maximise sales potential. Working independently on the road, with one office-based day per week in Stoke. What You Need to Succeed as the Business Development Manager Proven experience in HGV contract hire, vehicle leasing, or fleet management. Strong B2B sales and business development skills. Ability to build relationships and negotiate at a senior level. A results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding targets.
