Salary: £40,748 What you’ll be doing: Managing the delivery of improvement activities from concept to deployment Leading workshops to identify and progress improvement activities Acting as a business partner and mentor to the Submarine programmes to imbed and foster a culture of CI into the enterprise Analysing processes and performance data to identify improvement opportunities Act as a SC SME and point of contact on group led improvement activities Your skills and experiences: Have strong analytical skills and be comfortable analysing data Experience with Change Management Be a good proactive, team player that can work independently and has strong communication skills, at different stakeholder levels Lean Six Sigma qualification or willing to work towards Experience in process mapping – familiar with tools and techniques Be comfortable leading workshops Supply chain experience (ideally end to end) Benefits: You’ll receive benefits including a competitive pension scheme, enhanced annual leave allowance and a Company contributed Share Incentive Plan.
