The Role:
* As our Bar Manager, you'll be responsible for managing bar operations.
* Ensuring that you and your team are trained in product knowledge and exceptional guest service.
* Under the direction of the Food and Beverage Manager.
* Manage and maintain bar operations.
* Engage, recruit, manage, train, and develop the Bar team.
* Drive sales to maximize budgeted revenue.
* Accountable for monthly stock takes.
* Incentivise team members to maximize sales and revenue.
* Set departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies and procedures.
* Evaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement.
* Ensure communication meetings are conducted and post-meeting minutes generated.
* Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships.
