We are seeking a candidate with proven experience in coordinating the sales progression process across various tenure options, ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared accurately and complies with current legislation. This role is the heart of our customer journey, focused on delivering results while fostering strong stakeholder relationships.
Your negotiation and problem-solving prowess will help you tackle challenges head-on and deliver creative solutions. With outstanding communication skills, you will engage seamlessly with teams, stakeholders, and customers. Plus, if you are tech-savvy, confident in CRM systems, and have advanced knowledge of Excel and Word, we want to hear from you.
The ideal candidate will excel in delivering exceptional customer experiences, maintaining precise CRM records, and managing conveyancing administration efficiently. They will also have expertise in preparing forecasts and reports to identify risks and evaluate third-party performance, as well as reviewing and approving legal documents for authorisation.
A commitment to ongoing compliance with regulations, effective collaboration with Sales and Part Exchange Teams and external partners, and a proactive approach to personal development through training and staying updated on industry trends are essential for success in this role.

Your Impact:
* Coordinate Sales Progression: Handle the end-to-end process for various tenure options, ensuring smooth and efficient documentation and compliance with legislation.
* Customer Excellence: Deliver an outstanding experience that leaves customers satisfied and engaged.
* Data Management: Maintain accurate CRM records, manage conveyancing administration, and prepare forecasts and reports that identify risks and resolve issues proactively.
* Legal & Compliance: Review legal documents, ensure they are prepared for authorisation, and stay up to date with the latest regulations.
* Collaborate: Work with internal teams and external stakeholders, including conveyancing professionals, to ensure an integrated approach.
* Grow & Develop: Participate in training to expand your skills and stay ahead of industry trends.
Your Attributes:
* Knowledge of conveyancing, property appraisals, and part exchange processes.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Salesforce (or similar CRM systems).
* Experience in the property or conveyancing industry is a plus!
