Customer Support Executive
Location: WALTON ON THAMES
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000
Job role:
Our client is looking for a Customer Support Executive to join their team. The company is passionately committed to providing friendly, expert, outstanding value, design, and communications solutions.
Job tasks:
1. Provide accurate and timely estimates to fulfil client briefs
2. Ensure specifications are clearly understood prior to quoting
3. Liaise with Account Managers and Clients to clarify requirements as necessary
4. Obtain prices from suppliers for outside work to be included in estimates
5. Fully utilise estimating and production software
6. Book in jobs, ensuring accurate job instructions
7. Prepare client files and obtain proof approval
8. Ensure jobs are produced in the most economical way
9. Ensure the job production schedule is adhered to and deadlines are met
10. Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers
11. Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout production
12. Respond to customer queries
13. Ensure value production options are explored for clients
14. Ensure value returns for the Company
15. Liaise closely with the Account Managers and clients, ensuring optimum conversion rates
16. Contribute positively to the effectiveness of the team
17. Maintain close contact with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction
18. Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers
19. Contribute to the overall effective and smooth running of the company
20. Carry out other tasks as required by the Customer Services Manager
Candidate requirements:
1. IT literate and numerate with well-developed analytical skills
2. Strong organisational and time management skills
3. Knowledge of MS Office including Excel and MS Outlook
4. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
5. Able to work independently and as part of a team
6. Excellent interpersonal skills
7. Professional and confident telephone manner
